Support Resources
Accounts with the Coach role can view the compass submissions, content consumed, and question responses of their assigned Users. These insights are provided by Ake to better inform Coaches with information that can be used in helpful ways, such as measuring engagement with Ake or assessing risk.
Viewing a User’s activity
Log into Ake either by the app or by going to akeapp.com in your web browser and using the credentials provided by your program provider. Once logged in and viewing the home page, press the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) at the top-right to open the side menu.
In the side menu, press Client Activity. This will open the Client Activity page. This option is only visible to accounts with the Coach role.
The Client Activity page contains the Activity (content consumed) list. This list displays all the activity of Users that the account Coaches. The list has three columns:
- User - This is the first name of the User
- Type - This will list the activity type: Compass input or Content consumed.
- Content - The specific content page the User has ‘consumed’, or in the case of a compass input activity type, the emotion and intensity pressed on the compass.
- Date Read - The date and time Ake registered the activity.

Is my participant not showing up on the activity list?
For Ake to mark content as ‘consumed’ by a User and add the record to the Activity list, the User must spend at least 20 seconds on a content page. The participant may skim through content or not use Ake outside program sessions. Check out our guide on maximising engagement with your users.
If you have confirmed with the participant that they are using Ake correctly and suspect a technical issue with the app tracking activity, send us a message by filling out the form on the Contact Us page, and we will look into it.
